General Quality Policy

Providing authentic products and ensuring that the information provided is accurate. Ensuring traceability from grape to wine, with all stakeholders in the supply chain, to guarantee the origin of our products. Minimizing environmental impact and promoting sustainable development in all activities. Disseminating this policy to all employees through the distribution of a welcome booklet. Communicating internally through meetings (Management Review, quality meetings, weekly meetings, Newsletters). Having a product safety management system, through HACCP, that is documented, evaluated, reviewed, and regularly updated. Monitoring the quality management system through indicators. Implementing preventive and corrective actions to achieve quality objectives. Promoting a culture of food safety within our company and providing the necessary resources for the implementation and maintenance of an effective food safety management system. Collecting and considering all customer feedback to continuously improve our products and services. Engaging the dedication of everyone across our value chain and ensuring that our food safety policy is our priority.
As part of the Quality approach, LA CAVE D’ALERIA is currently certified:
IFS V7 Higher Level in the areas of Bottling, Bag In Box Packaging, and Isobaric Packaging. ISO 22 000: 2018 in the area of the Winery.
