The harvest, from plots specially selected for their sandy/loamy soils, is done at optimal maturity of the grapes. This is followed by a double fermentation, the second of which in closed vats, then an aging of 3 months before bottling.
Eterna can be enjoyed as an aperitif or during festive evenings. It can also perfectly accompany your meal with fine and refined dishes such as scallops.
